I’ve been reading quite a bit these last few months. I finally picked up a book again and began reading (The Watchmen), which felt great. I’m almost done with it and thanks to my buddy Seth and some new acquaintances I’ve met, I’ve now got a list of books I will be reading. Mostly about design, the creative process and improving my freelance career.
One of the things I’ve pondering and recently read about is to give back. I really want to give back to the art community but I didn’t think I had much to offer. On the contrary. I have a lot to offer.
My confidence was shaken by a recent event, but I’ve grown past that and I am back to being confident again.
So in the next coming months I will begin to post “how to’s”, some nice desktop art (i.e. wallpapers), volunteer more and anything else that could be fun to do that entails giving back or teaching what I’ve learned.
